Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Venture Capital Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in market and company analysis, possess excellent communication skills, and be proficient in English. As a Venture Capital Analyst, you will play a critical role in identifying investment opportunities, conducting due diligence, and providing strategic insights to drive investment decisions.
Responsibilities
Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, key players, and investment opportunities within target sectors.

Evaluate potential investment opportunities by analyzing company financials, business models, competitive landscapes, and growth prospects.

Assist in due diligence processes, including financial modeling, valuation analysis, and risk assessment.

Prepare investment memos, presentations, and reports for internal stakeholders and external partners.

Collaborate closely with the investment team to assess investment strategies, manage deal flow, and support portfolio companies.

Maintain ongoing relationships with entrepreneurs, industry experts, and other stakeholders to stay abreast of market developments and potential investment opportunities.

Contribute to team discussions and decision-making processes by providing insights, recommendations, and actionable intelligence.
Qualifications
1-3 years of experience in market research, financial analysis, or venture capital/private equity.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and financial information.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Proficiency in financial modeling and valuation techniques.

Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and precision.
